At Ministry of Scent, we want you to love your new fragrance; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, original-packaged items within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your fragrance bottle is unopened with the original cellophane seal intact; please note that sample vials and discovery sets are final sale.
Contact Support
Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your item in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot refund broken bottles.
Processing & Refund
Once our scent laboratory inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 5-7 business days.
