Saint Rémy is a study in contrast—floral and raw, serene and restless, a quiet composition with an unmistakable presence. Pink peppercorn, juniper, and white iris open with clarity, giving way to warm ginger, oudh, and soft leather. The scent reflects the tension between stillness and intensity, beauty and unrest. Inspired by Van Gogh’s time in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, where he is said to have painted The Irises.
